HMO Managed

12-month minimum. Paid by direct debit.
Portfolio Standard

Available only alongside HMO Managed for the single lets in the same portfolio.
Compliance Audit
£95 per property
A one-off renewal calendar and gap report. It is the recommended first step and remains useful whether or not you take a monthly service.
Remedial work
Cost + 20%
If an attending contractor identifies a remedial requirement, we can coordinate approved work. The contractor remains responsible for the work they carry out.
Gas Safe engineers, registered electricians, fire-safety firms and EPC assessors attend, inspect where their role requires it and issue their own certification. Their work is completed under their own registration and insurance. In Date manages dates, bookings, records and access only.
