The exact state of one property, on one page.

A practical starting point for a licensed HMO: a renewal calendar and gap report based on the property documents and dates you provide.

The deliverable

A property-specific renewal plan.

Useful on its own. If you later choose managed coordination, it also gives us the accurate starting record required to take over the calendar.

The audit is a records review and administrative planning service. It is not a safety inspection, certificate or professional approval.

What you hold

A record of the licence and certificates supplied, with the dates currently evidenced.

What is due

A renewal calendar showing what is due next and the dates that require attention.

What is missing

A clear gap report so you know what to locate, renew or arrange with an accredited contractor.

To begin

We need the property address, HMO licence number and the documents you already hold.

Where documents are missing or approaching renewal, the report identifies the action required. Any subsequent assessment, attendance or certification is carried out by an appropriately accredited third-party contractor under their own registration and insurance.

Start your audit

Give us the current record. We will turn it into a practical renewal plan.

You can save time by including the documents already held. If a date or document is missing, record that instead — the resulting gap report is designed to make those actions clear.

This intake does not take payment or create a subscription. In Date coordinates dates, documents, bookings and access. Any safety work and certificates are provided by accredited third-party suppliers under their own registrations and insurance.
