The workflow starts at 60 days, follows up at 30 days and flags risk at 14 days, so access problems are visible early.

Gas Safe engineers, registered electricians, fire-safety firms and EPC assessors attend and certify under their own registrations and insurance.

Portfolio Standard · £14 per property per month
Available only alongside HMO Managed for the same landlord's single lets. Includes gas safety, legionella and the renewal calendar. EICR and EPC are booked at cost plus 25%.
Remedial works · cost plus 20%
Where a contractor identifies required remedial work, In Date can coordinate an approved quotation and project-manage delivery. The contractor remains responsible for its work.
