How it works

A working process around every renewal date.

The point is not a reminder. It is a controlled record, clear hand-offs and a visible route to completion when a date is approaching.

01

Build the property record

We record the HMO licence, expiry date, certificates held and the renewal date for each requirement.

02

Raise the work before the deadline

At 60 days we raise the renewal job, at 30 days we follow up on booking, and at 14 days unresolved access is escalated.

03

Coordinate the appointment

We arrange attendance with the accredited contractor, communicate with tenants for access and keep the landlord informed.

04

File the result and update the date

The contractor carries out and certifies their work. We file the certificate received and update the next renewal date.

The boundary is deliberate.

In Date does not carry out, inspect, approve or certify safety work. We coordinate the compliance calendar, contractor booking, tenant access, payments and record keeping. The accredited contractor attending the property carries out and certifies their own work under their registration and insurance.
